What exactly is a workflow in Axle?
A workflow is an automation process that performs actions based on defined triggers and conditions.
You start by selecting a trigger, this decides when the workflow should run. Then you choose the Register it applies to and configure the relevant Fields. After that, you add the actions you want the system to perform, such as updating fields, assigning roles, or setting an approval path. Once everything is configured properly, including registers, fields, roles, and paths, you give the workflow a name, save it, and move it from draft to publish so it becomes active.
Workflows help automate business processes by automatically handling updates, approvals, and assignments once they are published.
Understood. A workflow runs based on a trigger, performs the configured actions, and becomes active after moving from draft to publish.
