On the Apps page, I see a column called “Ealsuite Access Enabled” with a Yes/No toggle. What exactly happens when we enable this? Is it just visibility control, or does it do something more?
It’s more than visibility.
When you enable “Ealsuite Access,” it allows the app to connect with the Ealsuite software.
Yes, enabling it makes it possible to fetch or sync data from Ealsuite into this app.
So if it’s set to “No,” the app won’t be able to pull data from Ealsuite?
Correct. The integration layer remains inactive unless it’s enabled.
Does enabling it automatically sync data?
Not automatically. It just enables the integration capability. The actual workflow logic still needs to be configured.
That clarifies it. I initially thought it was just controlling app visibility.
